Cooling fans have a wide range of applications, and there are many types of relative cooling fans, such as axial cooling fans, centrifugal cooling fans, and cross flow cooling fans. But its composition and structure are similar. For example, an axial fan is mainly composed of four parts: the rotor, the stator, the motor, and the outer frame.

1. Rotor part: The rotor part of the cooling fan is composed of fan blades, shaft center, rotor magnetic ring, magnetic ring frame and so on. The fan blade is used to create air flow; the axis is to support the rotation of the balanced fan blade; the function of the rotor magnetic ring is the key to driving the magnetic level switching speed; the outer frame of the magnetic ring is used to fix the magnetic ring.

2. Stator part: The stator part of the cooling fan includes bearings, support springs, retaining rings, etc. Among them, the function of the bearing is to high speed, reduce friction, and ensure that the fan can run for a long time; the support spring is used to separate the balance shaft of the bearing; the retaining ring is used to fix the rotating part.

3. Motor part: The motor part of the cooling fan includes: circuit board, which controls energy consumption and signal access; silicon steel sheet (that is, stator magnet with winding coil attached) generates magnetic level propulsion switching; silicon steel sheet upper and lower covers are used to fix and insulation.

4. Outer frame part: The outer frame part of the cooling fan is mainly used for supporting and diversion.
